Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the YearBook - Live More app (the "Service") operated by Yearbook Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Our mission is to provide a secure sanctuary for your memories. To maintain the integrity of our community, the following rules apply to all content uploaded, shared, or created within the Service:

• Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or creating content that contains sexual explicit material, graphic violence, or illegal acts. Any such videos, images, or audio will result in immediate account termination.
• Privacy of Others: Sharing the personal information of other individuals outside of the Yearbook ecosystem without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Integrity & Banning

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate the technical and promotional rules of our platform:

• Distribution Channels: Using, downloading, or modifying the Application outside of our official and approved distribution channels (App Store, Google Play Store, or our official website) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of your account and device.
• Offer Abuse: Creating or maintaining multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting limited-time offers, fundraising discounts, or premium trials will result in the immediate suspension and banning of all associated accounts.

4. Your Data and "The Vault"

While we provide proprietary encryption (.ybk format) to secure your memories, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Yearbook Inc. cannot recover data lost due to user negligence regarding account security.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
