Thank you for choosing YearBook - Live More. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding purchases and refunds, specifically regarding our partnership with global payment providers.

1. Platform-Specific Purchases

1.1 Apple App Store & Google Play Store

If you purchased a Premium subscription, Advanced features, or any in-app product directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is subject to the respective platform's refund policies. Yearbook Inc. does not have the ability to process refunds for transactions managed entirely by Apple or Google.

2. Direct Web & SaaS Pre-Order Purchases

For purchases made directly through our website (including our SaaS Pre-Order bundles), the following conditions apply:

2.1 General Refund Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all direct web purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service or experience technical issues that prevent the delivery of features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.

3. Effects of Refund or Cancellation

When a refund is processed or a purchase is cancelled, the following conditions apply immediately:

3.1 Immediate Revocation of Access

Upon the successful processing of a refund or cancellation, all access to Premium and Advanced features associated with that purchase will be terminated immediately. This includes the loss of encrypted storage access, "Streak Freeze" protection, and priority processing rights.

3.2 Loss of Promotional Pricing

Any discounts or special bundle pricing applied to the original purchase are strictly one-time offers. Should you choose to repurchase the Service in the future, original promotional discounts will not apply, and the purchase will be subject to current standard market rates.

4. Purchases via Paddle (Our Reseller)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our web-based orders. They provide customer service for payment-related inquiries and handle the refund process.

Special Note for Paddle Customers

In accordance with international consumer protection laws and Paddle's policies, all buyers have a 14-day right to cancel their purchase for a full refund, provided the digital content has not been fully consumed.
